Question about electronic pest control?

 Someone differentiate if electronic / ultrasonic pest control (as riddex or radius) of the injuries to pet birds? I know it's not that cats or dogs.

 It does not exclude interference noise.

The "furry models" as they were billed, included multiple pit bulls, two chocolate Labrador retrievers, a cocker spaniel and conflicting breeds, including an Affenpinscher mix and Rocky, a "Peke-alier." Jan Korenman said her dog's ancestry appears to be Pekingese and Cavalier Sovereign Charles spaniel.

Had there been an award for "courage to come back from extreme adversity," the prizewinner would have been Chance, a fawn-and-white pit bull with East Pittsburgh Protect Chief Lori Payne. I especially enjoyed meeting the dog I wrote about in Pet Tales on Dec. 31, 2006.
